I have been working with Pavlos for four or five years. While I may be knocking on the door of retirement, I have a passion for heavy weights (my hobby in my 20's) which I resurrected six or seven years ago to stave off aging and get fit. I've been training with Pavlos for a year now and it has been one of the best decisions I've made for myself! I've always done sports, but I was looking for a PT that would challenge me into strength training in the gym as l've never done weight lifting before. From the start, he listened to what I wanted to work on, not only developing my strength but also improving my posture and confidence. After two really bad knee injuries while playing football I had given up on training and my legs were feeling really unstable and fragile. We've started working with Pavlos from zero and he helped me step-by-step to build my confidence in the gym and go from really unstable and shaky legs to lifting competition weights, and in general being much stronger and healthier. Pavlos has a great way to communicate his passion for training through his knowledge and experience, and he genuinely enjoys helping other people reach their training goals while becoming stronger and healthier along the way!
I've been working with Pav since October 2021 in the gym, at his strong man gym and online. He's a skilled and highly qualified yet emotionally intelligent trainer who uses his intuition to read between the lines and work with you to achieve your goals in a realistic but highly effective way. He is enthusiastic, and motivates by example making it almost impossible not to feel compelled to achieve your own ambitions under his tutelage. I have been hindered by health problems and injuries, and he's more than skillfully navigated the factors we can't control to maximize what I have. I am now in my 50th year, and we have included mobility and flexibility elements to my strength training to set me up for the kind of aging I am looking forward to.
